TICKET DETAILS
All orders are processed in sequence according to the date the payment is received and must be accompanied by payment for processing. For best available seats, order as early as possible. Due to popularity, some series, concerts and/or sections may have limited seating. There are no refunds on individual concerts within a series or on additional tickets purchased.
EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN
You can now pay in 6 convenient monthly installments. A one-time payment fee of $9 fee for cheque payments will be added to your total. No fee is applied for credit card payments.
Note: Early Bird subscribers pay half at time of purchase and the remaining half on May 1st. (Sorry, not available online.)
TICKET EXCHANGES
Can’t make a performance? Simply call the WSO patron services office at 204.949.3999 by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the concert or 5:00 p.m. on Saturday for Sunday concerts to exchange your tickets. The WSO will waive the $5 per ticket fee to exchange your tickets for season ticket holders.
The following concerts cannot be exchanged into:
October 2, 3, 4 Cirque de la Symphonie
January 30 Tom Cochrane
April 3 Missa Solemnis
CANCELLED ORDERS
A $25 per order fee will be charged for any cancelled orders. Season ticket package cancellations must be completed by 5:00p.m. the day of your first concert, or 5:00p.m. on Saturday for Sunday concerts.
MAIL HANDLING FEE
A $2.00 fee will now be charged for any tickets that are requested to be mailed out.
IMPORTANT DATES
A number of our concerts sell out quickly. Be sure to purchase your tickets early! April 15 Early Bird Deadline to save up to 45% off regular Single Ticket prices June 19 Renewal Deadline to save your seats and Season Ticket package June 20 Seats are released for sale to new Season Ticket holders Renewing Season Ticket holders to a full series requesting exactly the same series and seats are processed immediately. Orders are given priority first by the date we receive your paid order then by the number of concerts in your Season Ticket package.
IMPORTANT TIPS
When placing your Season Ticket order remember to:
- Tell us where you would like to sit in the hall.
- Be specific and include three seating options.
- Tell us if you need wheelchair accessible seating.
- Include with your order the full names and phone numbers of the friends with which you would like to sit.
