If you cannot use or exchange your tickets, you can donate your tickets at least 48 hours prior to your concert for re-sale and obtain a charitable tax
receipt. A box office representative needs to receive the original tickets to issue a tax receipt.

No Charge for Lost or Forgotten Tickets

Pre-paid Parking: Civic parkade parking vouchers are available for $5.00 (reg. $8.00) per concert when you order your season tickets.

Handicapped parking costs $9.00 per concert in the Centennial Concert Hall parkade. Reservations for parking should be made at the time of ticket purchase. Present handicap parking permit no. at time of order. Season ticket holders are given first priority and all requests are processed on a first paid first served basis. Due to construction there is very limited availability of reserved Concert Hall parking and therefore we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

*Pre-paid parking in the Centennial Concert Hall Parkade may be exchanged for alternate concerts, refunded or converted into a tax receipt. Any cancellations must be made by 12:00 pm on the Friday of the concert weekend.
