Volunteer Opportunities

WSO volunteers play a vital role in assisting with cost-saving measures and promoting the orchestra.

AREAS THAT NEED ASSISTANCE:

• office administrative support
• raffles for fundraising
• promoting the WSO at concerts and various locations throughout Winnipeg
• pre-concert activities at family concerts
• International New Music Festival - airport pick-ups and concert assistance
• driving guest artists

BENEFITS OF VOLUNTEERING:

• gain valuable experience for resumes
• help ensure the on-going success of the WSO
• special invitations to attend certain concerts (based on availability and hours worked)
• annual volunteer appreciation night and BBQ
