The annual garden tour showcases 12 city gardens, offering a variety of garden shapes and sizes, ranging from prairie standards and old-fashioned favourites to an exotic garden with a waterfall and lush plantings. Gardens are open for viewing from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Passports are $30.

Beautiful music paired with delicious food and wine are on the menu for the 2012 Music & Magic Garden Soirée. It will be held in three spectacular local gardens and will feature food and wine from local shops and restaurants as well as performances from members of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra.

On May 14, 2011, the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra and the Winnipeg Chinese Cultural Centre are joining hands in a fundraising event.

This will be followed by the WSO performance with The Peking Acrobats at the Concert Hall. This concert will be the first time The Peking Acrobats perform with an orchestra in Canada.
