This unique concert, presented by the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, Winnipeg Cultural Capital of Canada 2010, and Manitoba Homecoming 2010, is sure to attract people to hear their favourites, and give everyone something new to love.

Nerdy Mr. Kirby, from the National Institute of Children’s Entertainment (N.I.C.E.), doesn’t believe in the magical power of music. But when the conductor waves his magic baton, strange things begin to happen. Kids and adults alike will be delighted by Dan’s antics as he marvels in the timeless music of Grieg, Leroy Anderson, Strauss and others. A magical concert for kids, with comedy par excellence!

The Nylons are renowned for their dazzling harmonies, smooth arrangements and tight choreography in performing classics like The Lion Sleeps Tonight, Up on the Roof and Time of the Season.
